How we work
Two of the main methods we use to perform pharmacy stocktakes are monetary pharmacy counts and pharmacy scanning counts.
Monetary pharmacy count
We count stock by retail value and categorise it into commodity groups, each with different profit margins and VAT levels
After the count, we use software to calculate net figures, adjusting for VAT and profit margins, and provide subtotals for each group.
We print all necessary paperwork on-site, ensuring clients have everything for their accountant or insurance immediately, including stock write-off figures.
Pharmacy scanning count
